What are Zapp classes like?
Zapp incorporates strength training, weight training, and high intensity intervals into every class.
Zapp Flex offers a little more weight lifting and a little less high intensity intervals.
Are Zapp classes programmed, or does the instructor make them up as they go along?
All of our classes are programmed weeks in advance. It’s hard to build strength and endurance when your workouts are all over the place.
Is Zapp suitable for everyone?
Yes, our weights start at 2lbs and go up from there. We are happy to give modifications, but are even happier to teach individuals the proper form for every exercise.
What’s small group training?
SGT is almost identical to our Fit classes, but in a smaller group. (As the name would suggest). Our SGT caps out at 6.
What’s Zapp Boxing like?
Overhead lights off, green accent lighting on. The class starts with a quick 3-4 minute warm up. Occasionally our instructors will add some weights into the warm up - then 4 rounds of high intensity combinations.
